Pressure washing is a cleaning method that uses high-pressure water spray to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and loose paint from surfaces such as buildings, driveways, decks, and sidewalks.

When a customer contacts us to request an estimate, we can provide it through their preferred method – by phone, text, email, or in person upon request. We aim to return all calls within one hour.

If the customer chooses to proceed with the booking, we will follow up 3 to 5 days in advance to confirm their scheduled service date and time.

For the service visit, we kindly ask that all items be moved at least three feet away from the exterior of the house. Additionally, if any concrete, paver, or deck surfaces are scheduled for cleaning, we request that all furniture or movable objects be relocated in advance to help prevent any potential damage to personal belongings.

Our general service is what we call a hybrid wash, combining the best aspects of traditional pressure washing and soft washing. We primarily let a specialized cleaning solution, along with hot water, do the heavy lifting – allowing us to stand 10-15 feet away from the house and use much lower pressure. This approach ensures a gentler, safer clean for your property. However, because we still use a pressure washer for this service, we have the flexibility to move closer and apply more pressure if necessary for tougher areas.

Our general pressure washing service includes a thorough cleaning of all exterior siding, soffits, fascia, and the outer surfaces of your gutters (if applicable). We also provide a hot water wash and rinse of your windows. This service is performed using a custom-blended, home-safe cleaning solution specifically formulated to be effective yet gentle on your property.

Our decking cleaning service includes a thorough wash of all railings, spindles, steps, and floorboards using 250-degree hot water for a deep, effective clean. We also apply both a pre-treatment to loosen buildup and a post-treatment to help protect the surface, leaving your deck refreshed and well-maintained.

For soft roof washing, we use a 75/25 solution mix, compared to the typical 50/50 mix used by most companies. We made this switch three years ago and, since then, have not had a single callback – although we still proudly warranty all of our roof cleaning services.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Green moss will turn white almost immediately and naturally fall off with heavy rainfall, typically within 6-8 weeks or sooner.

• If the moss does not fall off as expected, we will return and retreat the roof at no additional cost.

• Black streaks will be removed immediately or within the same day of treatment.

Our method is designed to ensure long-lasting, high-quality results without unnecessary damage to your roof.

We clean concrete using 250-degree hot water for maximum effectiveness. The process involves detailed work along the edges using a wand, while the larger surface areas are cleaned with a professional surface cleaner.

To ensure the best results:

• We pre-treat the concrete with a specialized solution before cleaning.

• After the cleaning process, we apply another treatment to help the surface dry clean and spotless.

This thorough method ensures your concrete looks refreshed and stays cleaner longer.

Our paver cleaning process is the same as our concrete cleaning – thorough and effective. However, pavers often require polymeric sanding afterward to stabilize joints and prevent weed growth. While we do not perform sanding ourselves, we’re happy to recommend trusted contractors we’ve worked with and trust for this service.
