About Capital Region Pressure Washing
Who knew a successful small business would start during a casual conversation over ice cream sundaes in Nashville? In 2019, when Nick and Joelle Sweet returned from
vacation, they launched Capital Region Pressure Washing with their first residential job and quickly built a loyal client base.
Nick and Joelle work in the law enforcement and education fields, respectively, and as public service professionals they hold themselves to a high standard. That work ethic extends to their business and is a big reason they were able to upgrade to a commercial setup in 2020.
Capital Region Pressure Washing now operates with a full team of technicians and two full- sized commercial trailers. The company takes pride in serving residential and
commercial-sized properties throughout Albany, Schenectady, and Saratoga counties from spring to the end of fall.
Nick and Joelle are extremely thankful to their employees and customers for the success of their business. With both working full-time jobs while raising two small children, they are proud of their professional team and grateful to the clients who continue to support and trust Capital Region Pressure Washing every season.
Giving Back
A complete rebrand of our business was done in early 2025 to not only update our services with top notch equipment and curb appeal, but to also honor a special boy in our lives.
In November 2024, our 7 year old pup, Melo, passed away from a 5 year battle with canine epilepsy. Anyone who knows us knows, that Melo, along with our two children, Frank and Josephine, are our entire world. In honor of Melo, we re-colored our business to purple, the color of epilepsy.
The following season after Melo’s passing, we made a vow to Melo’s neurology team at Upstate Veterinary Specialties and donated $1,500.00 in Melo’s name to an epileptic patient who in need.
As every new season begins, we will continue to donate to Upstate Veterinary Specialties in honor of Melo.
We love and miss you every minute of every day Melo. This one is for you boy!
